Our Story
Welcome! We’re Cindy and Steven, the founders of Complete Homes. Our goal has always been simple: to provide Wellington with property services you can trust, backed by genuine passion and expertise.
Our journey began when we brought our different backgrounds together. Cindy grew up around the construction industry in Vietnam and moved here in 2008, eventually earning a Commerce degree from Victoria University. Her love for property and business is the strategic heart of our company.
Steven’s experience is in mechanics and construction. He worked as a painter while studying Electrical Engineering, and his hands-on approach is what drives the quality and execution of our work.
We started with Complete Homes Painting & Plastering in 2019, and as our clients’ needs grew, so did we. In 2021, we were thrilled to partner with our friend Steve Harris to launch CHG Scaffolding. Most recently, in 2023, we introduced Complete Homes Services to bring all the home repair and maintenance services together under one roof.
